Refund/Exchange policy

At Clothbaba, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our business practices. Below is our detailed Refund and Exchange Policy:

Returns
  • We do not accept returns for any products unless they are defective or damaged during the manufacturing process or transit.

  • In case of any defect or damage, the affected pieces can be returned for inspection.

Replacement Policy
  • Upon receiving the returned defective piece(s), we will provide a fresh, new replacement of the same product.

  • If the defective piece(s) is out of stock, the customer is required to select other products of equal value to adjust the amount.

  • No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy
  • We do not offer exchanges for any products that have been delivered in perfect condition, as they were selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Once a product has been delivered as per the customer’s order, no exchange requests will be entertained.

General Guidelines
  • Customers must report any defect or damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at dreams@clothbaba.com or +91-6353981813.

  • Returned defective products must be in their original condition, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Defects are limited to fabric damage and stitching issues only.

  • Customers are required to contact our sales executive and confirm the details of the defective piece(s) they intend to return. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted by the company.

  • The cost of shipping the defective piece(s) back to us will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers must ship the defective piece(s) within 7 days of receiving the goods to our warehouse address: Shop No. FF - 101/102, Rajhans - The Imperia, near Ring Road, Maan Darwaja, Surat, Gujarat 395002.

  • If a parcel is delayed or lost during transit, customers are advised to contact the courier company directly to file a claim or inquiry.

Final Sale Items
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange under any circumstances.
