  • Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination and shipping partner.

  • Approximate Delivery Times:

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer two categories for domestic shipping based on parcel weight:

1. Parcels Below 10 KG
  • For parcels weighing less than 10 KG, we provide reliable courier options through our trusted partners:

  • Delivery times may vary based on the courier service selected and the delivery location.

2. Parcels Above 10 KG
  • For parcels weighing more than 10 KG, we use logistics services to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery. Our logistics partners include:

    • SafeXpress Transport

    • KRS

    • GATI

    • Delhi-Rajasthan Transport

    • FedEx

    • TCI

    • ARCO

  • Delivery timelines for logistics services will depend on the destination and the logistics provider.

  • Customers may also choose their preferred local transport services for shipping.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel, delivery location, and the chosen shipping partner.

  • All shipping charges are paid by the customer as per the rates provided by the courier or transport company.

  • Any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
  • You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the respective shipping partner’s website.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp.

Parcel Loss or Damage During Transit
  • If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, the loss or damages will be covered by the respective shipping partner. Customers are advised to contact the shipping partner directly for claims.

  • In case of any delays, the responsibility lies with the courier or transport company.

COD Orders
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay 20% of the total amount in advance to proceed with the order.
