Delivery timelines for logistics services will depend on the destination and the logistics provider.
Customers may also choose their preferred local transport services for shipping.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel, delivery location, and the chosen shipping partner.
All shipping charges are paid by the customer as per the rates provided by the courier or transport company.
Any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the respective shipping partner’s website.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp.
Parcel Loss or Damage During Transit
If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, the loss or damages will be covered by the respective shipping partner. Customers are advised to contact the shipping partner directly for claims.
In case of any delays, the responsibility lies with the courier or transport company.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay 20% of the total amount in advance to proceed with the order.
